1. Service operator and contact
Lobby is a condominium management project in development. These draft terms describe the intended service and are not a finalized service agreement. For help with the service, email support@lobbyapp.pt. Operator identification remains subject to review before publication.
2. What Lobby provides
Lobby helps condominium administrators maintain resident and financial records, review payments and expenses, and prepare operational reports. Available features may include resident access, statement imports and authorized read-only bank connections. Lobby does not initiate bank payments or provide legal, tax or investment advice.
3. Accounts and authority
Use accurate account details, protect your credentials and grant access only to authorized people. You must have authority to manage the condominium records you enter and to connect any bank account. Do not share another person’s login, bypass access controls or use the service unlawfully.
4. Your records and responsibilities
You remain responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness and appropriateness of records you enter, import or share. Provide residents with the required privacy information and establish the necessary legal grounds. Review financial records, balances and reports before relying on them, and retain records needed for your legal or accounting obligations.
5. Banking and automated suggestions
Bank availability and connection duration depend on the bank and provider. You can disconnect a bank connection, but imported ledger records remain until separately managed. AI extraction and matching suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect; review them before saving or importing transactions.
6. Privacy and confidentiality
The privacy policy explains the service’s data flows. Where Lobby processes condominium personal data on behalf of an administrator, the applicable data-processing agreement must define the parties’ responsibilities. Do not upload information that is unnecessary for managing the condominium.
7. Availability and third-party services
Maintenance, outages and third-party changes can affect availability or individual features. Keep copies of information you need independently of the service. Any support, availability or commercial commitments must be set out in the agreement applicable to your account.
8. Fees, suspension and ending use
Any fees and payment terms must be communicated and agreed separately. Misuse or a security incident may require access restrictions. The operator must confirm the applicable termination, notice, export and deletion arrangements before publishing these terms.
9. Applicable rights and changes
These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable contractual law, dispute arrangements and any liability provisions must be confirmed before publication. Material changes will be communicated as required by the applicable agreement and law.
