Lobby is for people managing condominium buildings, including resident administrators and property managers. It brings resident records, quotas, payments, and expenses into one workspace.
You can import a resident list from a CSV file, match its columns to Lobby’s fields, and review the entries before saving. Bank statement imports help you bring in transactions; other records can be entered in the workspace.
Invited residents can consult their own payment history, outstanding quotas, payment instructions, and shared building expenses in the portal. They can use it in a browser on their phone or computer.
